  • An intensive four-day Start AI Track program focused on practical AI implementation, like sentiment analysis, AI-driven up selling or AI-powered tender analysis.
  • Hands-on chatbot development training using Azure AI Studio, enabling teams to create tools for internal documentation and onboarding

Results

The implementation has transformed Ingenium's approach to AI integration, bringing practical benefits across the organization. Through the hands-on training and collaborative workshops, teams gained the confidence and skills to identify and implement AI solutions in their daily operations. The custom chatbot development project has improved information accessibility and standardized the onboarding process, while the Start AI Track program has established a foundation for organisation-wide AI implementation.
